My practice is now centered in one primary location—while continuing the same naturopathic care you know and trust.

✨ In-person appointments are now available at my new East St. Paul clinic location at Harmony Chiropractic. ✨ Virtual appointments remain available to support continuity of care, follow-ups, and ongoing guidance.

All services I have always offered continue—comprehensive naturopathic assessments, physical exams, lab interpretation, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, botanical and nutritional medicine, acupuncture, and mind-body support—now delivered from a more focused, intentionally designed home base.

This transition allows me to offer care in a way that is more integrated, grounded, and aligned with holistic naturopathic principles—supporting the whole person and creating space for deeper, lasting healing.
